Senior Pastor
Mountain Rest Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation located in the beautiful rural mountains of northern Oconee County, SC, is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead us in into the next chapter of our 168-year ministry. We desire a pastor with spiritual maturity, a passion for Biblical preaching, a shepherd’s heart for relational discipleship, and a commitment to congregational governance rooted in the authority of God’s Word. Primary responsibilities include preaching and leading Sunday worship, administering the ordinances, providing pastoral care, and guiding the church in fulfilling the Great Commission.
